  • PLEASE NOTE: From January 2024 and onwards, One videographer (Kazz) will be in attendance for weekday weddings, and a second videographer (Mattie) will be available for weekend and bank holiday weddings at no extra cost.

The deposit secures the date and time of Videographer/s, on the date and time stated on the booking form. The deposit is non-refundable. We (Raven & Wolf Films) dedicate this date to you, and therefore the deposit is there to compensate us, if, for any reason you decide to cancel.

If we arrive late for any reason which causes us to miss parts of your day, we will endeavour to refund a partial payment to you.

If adverse weather, illness, bereavement, theft or damage to vehicles or equipment, a mechanical breakdown or any other reason means that we cannot attend your event, we will notify you at the earliest possible time. In these extremely unlikely circumstances, the maximum liability that we could return to you shall not exceed money paid to us by you.

You agree to settle all outstanding payments with us 4 weeks before the wedding day. If payment is not received, we will not be in attendance at the wedding.

We (Raven & Wolf Films) are not responsible for poor audio if speakers do not agree to wear a lapel microphone, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control.

The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason up to 5 days after the date of full payment. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid minus the deposit which £200 will be refunded.

  • Our standard filming times for both packages are from 2 hours before the ceremony start time until 30 minutes after the first dance, or no later than 8:30pm.

  • During the wedding breakfast we will have a break. We appreciate a warm meal being provided to us during this time, otherwise we will leave the venue to get food and return at the agreed time for the speeches (if after) or cake cut.

  • When filming on my own, I use tripods to capture additional angles during the ceremony and speeches. Where tripods are used and left unattended, I cannot be held responsible if someone moves in front and restricts the view, or if the tripod is moved.

  • We are not responsible for inadequate ambient lighting or sound in any rooms at the venue.

  • We will provide audio recorders, and where possible will attach one to the venues microphone during the speeches. We cannot be held responsible if a speaker refuses to or fails to use it.

  • You agree on behalf of all guests, employees & suppliers at your venue(s), to allow us to take images, still or motion, on this date. No refund will be offered if we are stopped by venue management, registrars, vicars, photographers, or similar that have not agreed to our presence.

  • We film the day as it happens to capture candid, real and natural moments, we do not direct or recreate scenes. If photographer/s take you away separately for portrait sessions and we are not made aware, it is not possible for it be in the film.

  • We choose copyright free music paid for by an annual subscription fee, it is not legal for us to use popular/chart songs.

  • I do all editing on my own. Weddings are edited and delivered in the order they are filmed. (1 min teasers take precedence, then I return to the original wedding).

  • Completed files will be uploaded to an online portal and delivered via email up to 16 weeks after the event. During summer months and particularly busy times, this may take longer, but this will always be communicated with you.

  • We really appreciate being able to use teasers and highlight films to showcase our latest work on our website, social media and YouTube to generate future bookings, however please let me know if you need to opt out of this for any reason.
